Terms of Service

⚠️ By commissioning me, this means you by default agree to these rules ⚠️► I reserve the right to deny your request to commission for whatever reason.► I reserve the right to use your commission as a sample for the future.► You may not claim your commission as your own artwork.► Please do not edit the commission after it is completed. If anything needs to be changed let me know.► Payment is upfront and I will begin the commission as soon as I receive the full payment.► I will not give refunds after the initial sketch is approved by the commissioner. No Exceptions.► Payment will be sent via PayPal or Venmo. I refuse to accept any payment via cryptocurrency.► Due to personal life and responsibilities outside of my commissions, I will not work under a deadline. All my commissions will usually have up to a month for turnaround time, but if it takes longer I will let you know.► Due to the fact that I am a traditional artist, all digital art will be offered as a +$5 optional upcharge. Due to my inexperience it may take a little longer to complete as well, and I apologize for the inconvenience.► You are not allowed to tokenize or put any of my artwork on any medium that is a blockchain/relating to a blockchain, doing so will blacklist you indefinitely. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER will my commissions be minted or produced as NFTs.► You are not allowed to use my art for any AI or AI art purposes. This will also result in a blacklist.► If you use your commission as an icon / repost / etc., credit me somewhere with the handle @AlpineCatster. If reposting on Twitter, I prefer RTing the direct tweet please!

❌ I will NOT draw...

► Extremely detailed backgrounds► Realism► Hate art► Heavy gore► Anything racist / LGBTQphobic or characters labled with slurs / hate symbolism► Anything majorly offensive►Anything Involving Pedophilia / Zoophilia / Inscest / etc.
